"BCQ is currently on track to exceed the EBIT earn-out target of at least $8m in combined EBIT for FY2016 and FY2017". (p7 AR).
Insiders own 30.8% of the company
The board and management now dominate the share register and are heavily incentivised to create shareholder value. Expect big things going forward.
Stock options based on higher prices
Stock options for CEO Heather Gardner kick in at 8c, 10c, and 12c. I can guarantee you that Heather will want to collect the 12c oppies.
15c price target.
