    EXC needs cash to get to production, which AWV have.
    AWV need a project that can produce cash and keep them busy so they can get a good deal on processing from Sprott as that is their only option. EXC has a project.

    Great deal IMO, which allows both companies to now get the best possible outcome and maximise value for shareholders. Bit surprised it hasn't been stronger, but the small cap market has certainly been very weak.
