I just sent an email to management giving them an ultimatum to update the market. I will let everyone know if I get a reply. We can't be passive anymore. We have to force their hand on this. I'm pretty sure they can be delisted if the ASX feel they don't have a satisfactory explanation for such a long suspension. This is my worry.

My other issue (assuming they completed iron sands acquisition) is they've completely missed out on the iron ore price rise by being suspended. These guys just keep stuffing up.

Web site does say it's currently under construction, so that may be a sign.
