no way FMG costs are $19 FOB
regardless GWR;s costs will be well below the contracts which are likely to be in the order of current prices Id say by then 100c dmtu. GWR should easily get US$65/t
and that gonna be well below their costs.
My guess is GWR;s costs FOB will be around the US$45/t
I dont think they are in the same boat as the 'stranded' pilbara juniors at all. There is no 'rail issue'. Its just a finance vs cost issue. Its obviously they are sitting on 400-500Mt, maybe more. The Rail line will get built.
Oakajee will get built. and GWRs resource is easily capable of supporting a spur line to Wiluna West.
Or Cliffs will by em as koolyaknobbing runs low on ore. And its operating costs by the way are above US$50/t.
