Mobile Innovations declares fully franked special dividend
The Directors of Mobile Innovations Ltd (MOB) have declared a 3 cent per share fully
franked dividend. The dividend, amounting to $3.375 million will be paid on 2nd May 2005 to
those shareholders registered on 20th April 2005. MOB shares will trade ex dividend on 14th
April 2005.
This dividend represents the final distribution to shareholders of net proceeds received from
Vodafone, for termination and settlement of the Agent Service Providers Agreement.
