seems to me that the sellers jumped the gun by one day.
thinking further along, I'm guessing this entity will delist.
The only thing is what then happens, as it's still a going concern, at this point it's on lifesupport - no value, if we just leave it in the bottom drawer for the next 3-5 yrs, things may improve?
