Times, and look over forecasts for 2017 moving onto 2018, it shows a forecast of higher income for 2018 period. This is just one of the analysts that I follow during my research, it also has multiple analysts give share price predictions forecast for the next 12 month period. I find almost 90% of the companies I look into, share price will fall into the predicted range. For NEC, the 12 month forecast of share price sits between lows of 90c and highes of $1.25. For me, since positive announcement (better than expected) the state price will fall towards the higher end of that scale, closer to $1.25.

If you go online, there are multiple other sources that show similar results, including commsec EPS forecasts for 2027 moving into 2018 to be higher.
