Once you read your bold printed right of first refusal is concerned, you will see that this agreement refers to power/energy projects introduced by EWI which have been agreed to by relevant Government/authorities. As this Sri Lankan project is only at the submission stage, you need to wait the Government's decision. If this turns out positive then, and only then, may EWC become involved.
