In Jamaica , EWI was the highest bid of the three mentioned, but in any case i'm not sure what the point of your posts are ?
EWI is a private company, we are invested in EWC .
I know a few posters have mentioned that EWI maybe sources projects that can eventually be turned over to EWC but I don't know what they base this on , it has certainly never happened to date.
I would think the above projects ( along with the PNG power previously mentioned ) are definitely things EWC could have attempted and the fact a private company run by EWC Directors is used instead is an interesting development.
