I agree. If something indeed is fishy, RC would be voicing out and Standard Chartered would not have done the convertible.
BTW, think about this, they are bulding a terminal in Sri Lanka, a terminal hub is for trading, in essence they are buliding a distribution network which could trade LNG sourced from middle east, but last but not least, from Sengkang.
