Imo, the big investors and instituitions needed to drive this sp to fair value and beyond will require certainty that they will own the assets they are buying on a per share basis!
Retail investors don't have the money or the gumption to set price!
This when revenues flow she'll be right mate is as unprofessional as it sounds!
Again imo, the big investors and instituitions are more than likely seeing SE as the take private threat!
No promotion of the company, no formal line of credit agreement , thats been released to market in a media release, between slipform and ewc.
All questionable actions bordering on incompetence unless your trying to keep the sp at a low price?
Again all in my opinion.
