    I personally have no concerns for short term market views and when the rerate will occur. Main focus is on intrinsic value - which there is buckets of in EWC. Only issue I have with these price levels are take privates and defaults if there was an issue with existing operations as it closes of equity capital markets. EWC is highly levered given its level of operations.

    I believe we are adequately protected from take privates as there are several poison pills in place and SE has a blocking stake.
