However if your correct in your previous post the loan facility won't cover the line of credit extended by slipform , so slipform will have the option of calling for payment maybe for years to come?
If anyone on this form thinks the big investors that are needed to drive the sp up will invest without the clarity a legally enforceable agreement in place , well I think you need to have a good look at your investment criteria.
