Slipform are an EPC provider, not an unlimited credit facility. It is not their job to have enough money to finish the job, it is their employers. We as shareholders are getting a huge benefit from their credit line. I am fairly confident I have an accurate view. Any other holders care to comment.
Once revenue realisation occurs on the projects the SP will rerate rapidly to reflect the cashflow waterfall that I previously outlined.
