Well, I assume he is not into wasting his money. There is no reason for him to buy other than knowing that EWC's three major projects under construction will create great revenue and very solid profits. EWC's end of December 2015 half yearly report stated all this; ie. SE operates from the same knowledge base as all of us. The only difference is that some of us believe in the company (like SE does) and others are more influenced by the share price fluctuations and especially its currently totally undervalued share price.
