well, he did bail-out the company back in Nov 07 when they had no money, no JV partner and permit obligations. I think he is well in his right recoup some of those sub-4c (4c less underwriting fees) shares he bought.
he would be no more privy to the results of East-Wing than any one else. Given that he is a major holder, any movement around good or bad news is a cue for an ASIC investigation. Is that right ASIC?
