    My calculation of premiums are in addition to the baseline 5x multiple. They support a multiple between 10-15x. But yes, it could be higher in theory. Especially for SaaS companies in stage two growth where we could see valuations ranging from 10x all the way up to 35x multiples (like your bid example).
