Similar production? EVN is going to produce close to 850 koz in 2017 versus 360 koz for SBM. Not quite in the same ballpark.
On a free cashflow basis SBM is relatively undervalued compared to EVN. However EVN has a quality spread of 7 assets generally with strong mine life. SBM is pretty much only Gwalia.
Both are good companies. Debt is not necessarily a bad thing if you pay it back quickly as EVN has shown it can do.
