You can say they have gold mineralisation (although it’s not well understood) in the ground, you can even say that you think that mineralisation is extensive, you can also put an exploration target on that mineralisation (ie an estimate of its likely size) but a resource is based on enough knowledge and certain assumptions about the mineralisations extractabilty. BBX don’t have any resources at the present time or an exploration target on any of their prospects.Esh
