They may never be able to announce a JORC resource. In resource drilling assays from drill hole intervals are checked periodically against pre-prepared samples containing a certified amount of gold which are obtained from specialist companies that produce them. If the assay from the drill hole doesn't match the standard assay to within a tight deviation all surrounding assays in the series out to the next standard are sent for re-assaying. That's assuming the neighbouring assays and standards are also found to match. In some cases an entire hole or holes could have to be re-assayed if the laboratory is found wanting.
BBX will need to establish an assay scheme equivalent to that carried out at independent and certified testing laboratory and be able to run their own standards before they could come anywhere near producing a JORC resource IMO. I'd also imagine that their assay scheme would need to be independently certified to be valid. Esh
