I was modelling what the trial mining would look like if:
A. BBX ever got to the mining capability of a well known aussie junior (MOY)
B. BBX was trial mining and what sort of profit they would turn.
I used 5g/t average for BBX just because it's something that not many people would refute, given the significant numbers we've seen
Please note that I modelled all of this off of the MOY ACTUAL QUARTER OF MARCH2018. All of their data is real. ASIC/recovery/grades/sales /etc is all real.
I made some assumptions.
A. The cost of processing 474k tonnes of ore would be the same between MOY and BBX. I understand that it will be different in reality. I figure, MOY has higher labour cost while BBX will have higher transport costs. so i cancelled them out and said they were the same.
B. All costs are variable and the cost could scale down in a linear fashion to match the 25,000 KiloTonne (Per quarter) trial mining effort. I understand fixed costs would be involved. but it's hard to determine when all you're going off is MOY's quarterly.
