    As the company has an ore supply that is consistent in grade I like the hedge it guarantees a forward sale price and thus revenue stream in the payback of the loan.

    It also allows the company more room to leverage off that hedge through its future cash-flow to embark on other lower margin lower CAPEX projects if future gold prices/base metal prices rise.
