Nice one John. Yeah, fully understand that mate. Landlords usually don't want to spend money on maintenance unless they absolutely have to, so you're pretty much stuck with what you've got until you move out. Then someone else enjoys the spruce up.
BSM looking pretty cheap now. I've been eying it up for a while. Haven't jumped in yet though. Good luck on that one.
