I suspect that there is a lot of dialogue going on between them and the ASX at the moment. There is not really another business on the ASX that I am aware of that is trying to set up an exchange and the compliance issues are likely to be complex and without any precedents for the ASX or companies to follow.

Not saying the silence is a good thing, but they are probably trying to figure out how what to do next before any more announcements or queries.
