Has anyone found useful information (apart from sq kms) about this transactions?
I've been back through Southern Golds 2012 activity statements and they don't mention it anywhere. It seems they had lost interest in the holdings and have focused on the Kalg holdings (geez there's an idea - focus on one thing!)
It seems they have cut their losses and converted their $2m investment for circa $1.1m-$1.5m ($500k + 3m TRF shares @$0.2 to $0.33).
As shareholders we have been diluted, paid out the cash and no real information on just what we have picked up. Oh did I mention that we have more land now?
Early days maybe - but i'd like to understand the strategic fit apart from just more land for junior that cannot afford it (yet).
I'll dig further back in Southern Golds activity statements to understand if they have ever found any gold of interest.
