gotta sort of agree.
ife's not really counted into trf's valuation now. ife is a loose fit in such that trf may, or may not likely add more funds to if required. so go it alone from here. if ife turns anything up then that's a positive. trff could always sell it's holding in ife to someone with a bigger purse.
