Dont know who the experts here are....but I am an investor...and MAP meets my investment criteria.
Even the Net Asset backing per share is at $3. This was before Coppenhagen came onboard.
Do the figures on the cashflow returns....this for me is a long term investment.
I use to get some cash, run out and buy an investment property in Bondi. It would yield me 3%, the tenants were sometimes good...sometimes not.
If the property ever gets to cashflow positive...you pay 50% tax on the income each year.
With MAp....the casflow is higher than financing costs....and is tax deferred.
I can tell you one thing...I wont be buying investment property again.
