Dr, what I'm saying is without the intervention by the director and largest shareholder the vwap and SPP price would have been lower - it's calculated on the last 5 days of trading on and before 9 December, so trades before then are irrelevant. The trades enabled the vwap to be calculated at 28c instead of say 21c. The market price after the SPP closed is evidence of that, and that price is below the SPP price. If you're happy paying more than market price in a SPP, good luck to you.
The director should not have been in the market on trading days while the vwap was calculated. Are you suggesting it was a coincidence that his trading occurred at that time ?
