Boxhillnorth...good to find someone else holding this... a rare breed. Tonight trade of MPET on NASDAQ will be very interesting...hopefully turbocharged approval.
Possible for a capital raising...or more likely equity injection to occur soon. However the directors will be trying to limit dilution given their largish positions. Note also settlement of todays transaction is second half of 2010...and opportunity exists for sale or farmdown of other assets in the meantime (eg UK prospects)
