Not a correct statement of what happened in the discussion.  And you are supposed to focus on the argument and the merits of the argument. 

We are here for fair and robust discussion. My view is that the deal is not good for AOH LT shareholders. It's a stinker.

There are others in here who have been persistently negative about the deal...and we're being proven to be right. The SP is talking. The market is talking.
