The valuer knew he couldn't endorse the offer as fair.
Because it wasn't! And it still isn't! So he didn't!
You have said your'e located in Canada and not being a suspicious person, I assume that's correct.
It's also beyond dispute that you relentlessly defend the company.
But you go further than that. In fact you've previously told people who aren't happy with the deal, and with the company to stop posting.
I'm only interested in facts.
