The deal was bad. It remains bad. The reasons have been explained very clearly to you. 

Nothing has changed not even the fact that you're in here constantly arguing the Canadian's case and telling LT Australian shareholders they should be so happy about a deal that not even the valuer would endorse as fair.

But you have changed tactics. We can't complain if we cannot prove to your satisfaction: dishonesty now is it?  

IT wasn't good enough for the valuer to endorse as fair. 

Now you prove the deal was fair.
