I disagree. If this was a steal for CMMC, then their share price should have gone up to reflect that they made a prudent purchase. The fact that the stock went down suggests that they bought a worthless piece of property. Alas, the real reason the stock has dropped is because of a broad sell off in the industry because of talks of trade war. Most of their peers on the TSX are down even more than CMMC is.
