You got me, opened my eyes, thanks mate (not sarcasm). Bailed today @0.019 when I saw the market depth shifting this morning, wasn't keen to hang around below the 2c, wasn't so much my patience, rather I thought I'd bail before I lost anymore and really got stuck here, I now wish I had have bailed last week @.025, I was hoping it would run again the next day or at least hold until some news but the opposite occurred, wondering now if any news coming with Brewer still chasing offtakes and now visiting China, why if there were several interested parties already?
You live and learn as they say, I will kick myself if it takes off or a firm announcement is made any time soon but have had a chunk of my capital tied up here for too long considering it really doesn't look like it will go anywhere so thought I should pull the pin and go elsewhere, could always get back in later I guess, but probably not, just got tired of missed deadlines, failed promises, facilitators fees, consultant fees, failed ventures, assets being shifted around etc as well as the continued negative posts.
@theraven had pointed me in the right direction with a lot of his advice and I was already suspicious of some of the activities but was giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was all just bad luck for the TS crew, that they were being painted in a bad light and that they might actually pull this off, maybe it is still the case; from what I see most explorers fail a lot before they make one work, but in saying that some are on the level, trying their best and make good their promises and timelines.
I looked further into EUR and their original timeline to production, being late 2017-early 2018 and now see from the latest presentation it is pushed back to 2020, nice presentation though
. Is it his, TS, son that is one of the directors?
As you guys had pointed out CFE tailings production date has been and gone, I found some info on a company reclaiming tailings in the same area of about 3 times the size, which took a lot of preliminary work to prove up the resource and then it took them over two years to get to production, without even processing it, so assuming TS is a little over optimistic with his schedules.
Also noted FEL seems to look real sick. Looking back at the original CFE presentation I'm wondering why the Kosombo consultant at the time chose the leases he did over the other couple that were in the same area, seemed a bit dodgy at the time, but again gave them the benefit of the doubt which is not something I will do in future, I'm guessing if it smells bad it probably is.
On a positive note, it's not all bad with me, I've been on another Cobalt stock since early in the year and up over 116% (Not ARL, I did almost threw my whole capital on it's IPO though, wish I had of, but hindsight is a magnificent thing in this game
and can't dwell on what could have been) also two of the major lithium miners at 100& 150%+ & a tech stock doing very well at 85% that I got in at the right time, had been watching them for a while but not sure if got lucky or was any skill/research but probably a bit of both. Would have only gotten 2.5-3% in the bank with what I had so can't complain over all I guess. I've learned timing is key, even on the good/reputable ones.
I really do hope you guys are both on the level, I'm inclined to not believe a word anyone says on HC anymore as got burned following the herd at the start on a couple of explorers, other than CFE, that have pretty much died since.
If you have the time, would you mind giving me a quick run through on MEO & why how it became MAY, what exactly happened with it and who you believe was at fault (without saying anything defamatory), I haven't yet had time to read back through the posts to see what might have gone on with it and imagine it would take a while but may have a lesson or two to learn there. Actually lost a fair bit of sleep last night mulling over CFE and all possible scenarios which helped me to decide to dump today, I don't sleep well at the best of times and really don't need anything sus keeping me up all night, driving my mind crazy (you guys are as much to thank for that but it is better than burying my head in the sand, so I really do thank you for your insight).
I will definitely read up on the links you provided and have been learning as much as I can on charting, but still a hack I would say, I'm a fairly technical person, my strange brain chews numbers quite well to get a general handle on a chart and what the company is doing, and why, by comparison to the fundamental changes & external influences versus share price and volume traded, if that makes any sense, I would say it is one of my stronger points but have a long way to go but have the basics down I think. Sorry to rattle on, as I said earlier, I don't sleep much.
I love the comments on shareholder number 9 and have tried to google to check her out, lol, couldn't help myself. Realising she isn't Mareed and you were obviously taking the P?ss but you got me intrigued just who she is.
Mate, if I had half your knowledge or at least knew where to find it I would be miles ahead of where I am now.
I guess it all takes time to gather enough history of the market to get to a point where I kind of know what I'm doing better. After all, I see you've been at it for a lot of years.
Read/not read, either way ok with me, I know I rattle on & I don't really expect too much help from HC posters but can do with any advice you are willing to give. I found your Twitter account but it is bare as well, also noting your HC account only has TS negative posts on it, makes me wonder if you have any other accounts.
BTW, do you know anything about a bloke by the name of Jeremy Read, he is MD of a new start up company I'm looking at that was mentioned on the day or short term trading thread, of the 4 companies he has listed as capturing value for or starting, 3 of them seem dead/delisted with issues, only one still survives, not sure if it is a fault of his, one of them had major problem but can't see the connection to him as yet, need to dig deeper. HC posters are claiming he is great (as always) and I'm intrigued due to essays & nearology to another zinc player that has 7 bagged so far, but being pretty careful atm. I haven't started digging much deeper than that and just curious if you have any info on them? Not asking for financial advice of any sort, just wondering if you know of him, if anything at all?
