There wont be an ASX announcement as GSZ had delisted from the ASX and are looking to be listed on AIM as European Lithium.
I cannot find the IPO document you refer to, do you have a link to it?
All I can find are articles saying that they are selling 16% for 5 million pounds, so I'll stick to the AU$17 million estimate of CFE's holding in it until I find something different.
