That about sums it up accurately as it can be said. However, not sure Dubai management ever really got a chance with this company and not sure why they seem to be fighting for control of such a bismal failure. But one thing is for sure they bring the much needed cash infusion if it's going to work at all. Might get a bump up in share price if so but not for the feint of heart investor. Otherwise much better companies to look at.
