I have not looked into the prospectus of Golden West, 4C or BQT?? Are they located here in Australia? How are they connected to Falak holdings and Boulder Steel?

I am only looking at Boulder as I like to invest in options or purchase shares in penny stocks that have bottomed out.

Financial Statements on the Boulder site state the following:

If you look at the last 2008 Financial Report ending June 08 that's 4 months unaccounted for which means by the time of the next AGM at 2M plus Ordinary Expenditures plus 2M previously allocated in bills: This company has roughly 2-4 Million in cash reserves ---Ouch!

What facts am I missing on the German leadership and perfomance of this company?

Makes no difference to me who wins at this board, I just want to know which way to place my options.
