I have no doubt the tech works as management state. It worked for 8 years in the lab and it worked in 2012 for 2 years on the ISS, which it was awarded the 'Hard Rad' status, and Leti microelectronics institute well known for its accomplishments and reputation will be able to bring it to commercialization if anyone can.
If - like others have mentioned on this forum - you consider the close intricate relationships between all these people and businesses, you will quickly realize how everything has been lined up perfectly.
There is so much info on why this will work, all you have to do is research.
