I would say this is bad news DL.
A "stabilisation force" entering Mali will be about as effective in stabilising the country as the coup was in securing the North!
Force = war = good night PIR.
This is a good company with a great asset and excellent management, but you need BIG BALLS to buy in at these levels with the current political risk.
