    Regarding the Proxy Form,Resolutions 2.4 2.5 2.6 i am voting AGAINST all,"why"1 share prices have declined from 4cents to 0.2cents in the last 3 years. 2 Totalshares on issue have been increased from 700 mil to 2.3 billion!,& the rest,& the directors want to be entitled to BONUS OPTIONS?for what,! & directors to be paided in lieu of directors fees with cheap shares,nice try......
