I know what you're talking about with these nuisance calls, getting about six every day, so I contacted Telstra who were very helpful. They can block up to 15 calls, you just have to give them the numbers, you need caller ID though. They've also got a phone called Call Guardian, which you can block up to 1000 calls. Also recently I had issues with internet speed, reported on Saturday and a technician arrived on Monday and fixed everything, no charge as there was a fault on the line. I found the service excellent.
