Couple of years ago I called TLS several times to have the NBN connected. It took many weeks and many calls and there were mainly Filipino operators and one woman in particular her accent was so strong i could not understand what she was saying. It was so frustrating yet i didnt want to give her a difficult day. she was helpful but just not effective thus my several attempts over many weeks.
