Yeah i'd say your in the ballpark, Tokyo.
If memory serves me i came up with a figure of about $32mil, before realising that at least one of my assumptions was well out. I gave up in frustration but would guess the claim could be anywhere between $10 & $35mil, fwiw.
Please don't make any investment decisions on this - its a very rough guess. I'd suggest waiting for the announcement.
