All the positives are still there.
Its a bit hard to work out why the cascade was like it was.
My favoured theory is the weather delay played a big part in it. (My theories are normally wrong.)
Seems to be a buyers paradise at the moment, Low entry price and no hurry to get on before drilling because of the weather situation.
