thats probably not a great thing for CAZ if MIN get the job
although they will become an obvious buyer for Parker Range if they get the port, I doubt it will be for a good price
even better if the current buyer of Parker Range is bidding for the job
If the Port expansion cost $300m a bidder could pick up CAZ for $50m and basically recover their investment given Parker Range NPV sits about $380m
