Seems like people are accumulating heaps at 0.3c (not just Borris)! Everytime 3c gets either close to being given out or is asked there, people either restocks it by adding more to the bids or swallow up those asking at 0.3c. I did a quick calculation and there is over 1 billion volume being held at 0.4c and below so I think it will be close before it erupts, the next news should do it!
