I've done a lot of reseach into this company and am very confident in relation to what the company has done, in relation to setting itself up, and where it is going.

For those that are a bit unsure - DYOR - but reading this whole comparison thread will help you get started.

In relation to conversion of the notes into shares/options - have a look at another couple of companies that issued some shares recently:

- MKB: raised cash at 4c with free 5c options, a few months ago, now trading at 29c after hitting 35c a couple of weeks ago;

- PSY: raised cash at 0.003c, less than 2 months ago, now trading at 5-6c after hitting 20c a few weeks ago.
