I should also clarify above by saying that the 3B is an accumulation of all classes of securities on issue - not just Oct CNs. It is designed to help everyone work out the capital structure etc.
The 3B says $575k on CN with a free attaching option. We know it matures in Feb 2015.
Not exactly sure who has all the 23 but I believe the cornerstone of the CN is some very smart internet gaming (as in games) money out of Asia.
