Further, you are missing the key point here. carboplatin worked in producing a PFS of 20 weeks by itself . The palecob given with this weekly auc2 produced a PFS of 20 weeks. See below quote bearing that very point that SD was achieved....

We are kept being told that these patients are no longer responding to carboplatin, but here is a study showing PFS of 20 weeks with just carboplatin by itself and describe as typical......and in low weekly dosage that are deemed inactive
