You right. ESG and I&S are the top shareholders and as newbies will see from the link below, most of management and most of the board are ex-ESG.

Thus, its hardly surprising that the co. has farm-ins/partnerships with ESG.


By XMAS I will be very surprised if OIP is either:

- under 50c
- or already taken out by ESG or STO (most likely ESG)
